Our Mission

CVLLA's primary objective is to elevate the collective well-being of Central Valley residents by cultivating and promoting leadership that is representative of the Latino community. By empowering individuals who understand and reflect the unique needs and perspectives of this vibrant community, CVLLA seeks to create a more inclusive and prosperous future for all residents of the Central Valley.

Our Impact

As we celebrate the progress of our program, we're proud to share that we are now six cohorts strong. Over the course of our journey, we have successfully guided more than 140 participants through our program, with over 100 of them graduating with the skills, knowledge, and network they need to excel in their careers and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
